Take single locations out of the demo: they leave every list, the book and the totals, and the rest of their upload stays in. Nothing is deleted: each removal is a uw_removed record in MPAC (who, when, why), MPAC gets inactive versions of the location's records on the next pass, and Restore brings it back.
